John Felts came to the kitchen only recently. His creativity in cooking stems from his occupation as an inventor and entrepreneur. He currently runs ns3, a high-tech incubator and producer of equipment for the packaging industry and is the father of two. Over the last twenty years of vacations and family outings, S’mores have become a Felts family tradition. During an evening dinner on a Lanai in Maui, while having Port and S’more’s for dessert, John joked about the need for a cookbook that captured what the group agreed was “the quintessential dessert in paradise”. Gimme S’More is the result of that evening— and will serve as the basis of many more Maui nights. |
